If this is your first massage with me, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your massage to fill out a brief intake form and health form, or fill out the following forms and bring them with you.
With this information, we will discuss your needs, posture, and expectations to better customize your experience.
- Swedish Relaxation Massage: A gentle light to medium pressure massage that offers long, gliding strokes to increase circulation, soothe the senses, and relax the mind, body, and spirit. Often the best introduction to massage therapy.
$60 for 60 minutes

- Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular massage: Using deeper pressure to access underlying stress issues, tension, tightness and pain, these types of massage are best used to address specific pain issues while helping the body to re balance and regain structural integrity. Robin also uses stretching to assist in joint range of motion and to get to areas that are otherwise hard to work on, like the hip flexors.

- Stretch for Success: Are your muscles tight and your joints locked? Want to increase your range of motion but reluctant to receive traditional massage? Leave your loose fitting clothes on! This session is tailored to stretch out painful, locked joints and muscles to increase your mobility and decrease your pain! No oil, no mess. Just healthier joints and a healthier you.

- Fusion Massage: Have pain but still want a deep, relaxing massage? This massage combines strokes from Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, Californian Esalen massage, Thai massage, as well as drawing from my own experience. It is the ultimate in customized massage, as in Fusion Massage, your body is the boss. Never the same massage twice, this is one of the best treatments for minor pain and discomforts caused by stress and tension.

- Pre-Natal massage: Done side lying, this relaxing massage uses very light to medium pressure to relax both mother and baby. Circulation is improved and pain in the hips, lower back, and sides can be addressed. Please make sure you are out of your first trimester before scheduling your first visit. For mothers currently in their first trimester that would like to experience Pre-natal massage, contact Debra Gallup.

- Aromatherapy: High quality DoTerra oils are applied directly to the scalp, feet, or back as a way to sooth the mind and body. Your choice of scent. I also have a pain relief formula, Deep Blue, that is available for deep tissue massage. A luxurious way to treat yourself to the healthful benifits of theraputic grade oils.
